Words have always been my happy place; Wherefrom I receive understanding. In my personal narratives and documentaries, I form stories that reflect my life and my upbringing, with the hope that they will connect with others. This is not a goal that is easily achievable nor will be fulfilled by my works alone. However, it is my intention and my need that the gap between my world and the world depicted by those around me, decrease in size.
